“The historical founders of Emerging Capital Partners (ECP) do not wish to launch a fund V together; this is the choice of our Washington-based partners. After 21 years of hectic life and travel, they do not wish to commit to investors for another ten years,” Vincent Le Guennou told Jeune Afrique Business+ on the phone yesterday morning.
