ECP finally exits Thunnus Overseas Group
The operation allows the Dutch Parlevliet & Van der Plas to take 50% of the group of the Ivorian-Lebanese Mohamad Khachab, who keeps the other half of the capital.

Since 1 July, the Dutch family-owned fishing and processing group Parlevliet & Van der Plas (P&P), headed by Diek Parlevliet, has acquired half of the capital of Thunnus Overseas Group (TOG), a specialist in the manufacture of canned tuna.
