Ladji Boureima Ouedraogo could barely conceal his impatience. Since 22 June and his offer of €73 million to recover 58.20% of the capital of Carthage Cement, the national leader in the sector, as part of the sale of property confiscated after the revolution, the Burkinabe businessman, associated with Inoussa Kanazoé (CIM Metal Group), has had zero response.
