South African Resilient Reit acquires four shopping centres in France
The South African retail property investor and manager completed on 30 September the acquisition of a 25% stake in four shopping centres in France from the French subsidiary of the Dutch group Wereldhave Retail, for a total of €76.25 million.

The properties are the Docks Vauban centre in Le Havre, Docks 76 in Rouen, Rivetoile in Strasbourg and Saint Sever in Rouen, with a total surface area of over 147,000 m2.
