How Safaricom Ethiopia built consortium team
The consortium made several key appointments over the summer with a balance of Vodacom, Safaricom and Sumitomo personnel.

The joint venture, previously named The Global Partnership, is led by a Vodacom man, Anwar Soussa. A graduate of the American College of Greece and Concordia University, Soussa is a veteran of African telecommunications.
