According to Africa Business+ sources, Rym Loucif has set up her own practice specialising in business law after more than ten years spent in the Algiers in the service of major legal firms.

Rym Loucif, an expert in corporate M&A, cross-border operations, joint venture creations and others, is taking her team from LPA-CGR – where she has worked since 2018 as a partner – to her new firm. The majority of her clients are expected to follow her.
