Nicolas Kazadi asks Endsight Consulting to assist in qualifying DR Congo for MCC programme

The agreement with Endsight Consulting and its founder, Matthew K McLean, runs until 30 September 2022 and came into effect on 12 December following the release of the first tranche of a total payment of US$414,535.
