The Façade Maritime du Champ Triomphal (FMCT), promoter of the new Baie des Rois business district development project on the Libreville seafront, has issued the first green bonds in Central Africa. These two bond issues are for CFAF 20 billion (€30 million). The offering period ran from 15 to 23 December.
