Imane Benaziz pilots Majorel centre for Google in Ghana
The customer experience solutions group, a subsidiary of Saham and Bertelsmann, is adding a seventh country to its African network with a centre that employs more than a hundred people but is expected to grow.

The first Majorel customer experience (CX) centre in Ghana will be set up under Imane Benaziz. Currently, director of operations in sub-Saharan Africa for the European leader in end-to-end customer experience solutions, the Moroccan will pilot the operations from Accra, according to Africa Business+ sources.
