Djibouti loses to DP World in new arbitration

After years of wrangling over the termination of the Doraleh port contract, an award has been made in favour of the port giant. This is another setback for Djibouti. In a further setback, the case against its partner China Merchants in Hong Kong has been upheld despite an appeal by the Chinese company.
