Khady Kone-Dicoh, a partner in the Amethis fund and head of the Abidjan office, led the investment discussions with the shareholders and management. The arrival of Amethis is to accelerate the modernisation of the company, particularly its eight factories in the provinces, and to support a future first international presence. The priority is Senegal, where a legal subsidiary is being set up through the acquisition and creation of an industrial site.
