CSCEC outperforms its many compatriots on Kampala road rehabilitation
China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) won the first batch of work on the Kampala Roads Rehabilitation Project. This first contract comes when a $270 million programme has been launched to improve mobility in the capital.
