Majorel restructures North African holdings

Following the liquidation of its offshore holding, the company will transfer the shares of its Egyptian subsidiary to the Casablanca-based division.

According to Africa Business+, Majorel Group, the Luxembourg-based giant of customer relations centres and business process outsourcing, has decided to liquidate its Maltese subsidiary Eclipse Holdings for tax reasons.
