Tunisia’s Poulina buys Chifco and retains founder as CEO

According to Africa Business+ sources, the diversified group Poulina (PGH) – €1 billion turnover in 2021 – notified the financial markets council of the purchase of Chifco, founded by Amine Chouaieb. The amount of the transaction remains confidential.
