Tunisia’s Poulina buys Chifco and retains founder as CEO

The diversified group, listed on the Tunis Stock Exchange, is launching itself in telecoms, intending to become an internet provider.

According to Africa Business+ sources, the diversified group Poulina (PGH) – €1 billion turnover in 2021 – notified the financial markets council of the purchase of Chifco, founded by Amine Chouaieb. The amount of the transaction remains confidential.
