Jean-Françis Tchekpo endorses Geci, SOGETEC, East India, Wasion for Benin electrification project

The head of the Beninese Agency for Rural Electrification and Energy Management (ABERME) approved a new phase of the programme dedicated to the country’s electrification.

This decision follows the call for tenders last April for 76 districts with a budget of around €10 million. The director-general of the public body, Jean-Francis Tchekpo, has now disbursed €14.93 million to 100 communities.
