AF Legal Services’ Allia Skalli and RBB’s Mohamed Boughaleb advise Chari on Diago takeover

Ismael Belkhayat, a co-founder of the website charmi.ma with Sophia Alj, continues to develop the local shops’ supply platform currently operating in Morocco and Tunisia with the acquisition of the Côte d’Ivoire-based Diago. The legal advisors were AF Legal and RBB Africa.

Allia Skalli, who founded the new firm last year in Casablanca, is at the project’s helm at AF Legal Services. A member of the Paris and New York Bars, specialising in contract law, M&A and international arbitration, Skalli’s clients are industrial groups and entrepreneurs, including start-ups for fundraising. She graduated from Panthéon-Sorbonne University, Miami School of Law and the Saïd Business School of the University of Oxford in England.
