The feminisation of management positions was not an issue at Intelcia. Under the leadership of Youssef El Aoufir and Karim Bernoussi, its founder and CEO, associated with the Altice group, of French media and telecoms magnate Patrick Drahi, seven women and seven men hold senior positions.
