Embraer positioned for Air Algérie’s 15 aircraft purchase programme

Algerian President Abdelmajid Tebboune gave the green light for the purchase of 15 new aircraft and,  not surprisingly, attracted the attention of the three suppliers of the national airline Air Algérie. The Brazilian manufacturer Embraer, however, also intends to try its luck. More information with Africa Business+.

The current fleet of the Algerian flag comprises 15 ATR 72, 31 B737 and two A330. The Franco-Italian group ATR, the US Boeing and the European Airbus are preparing their proposals.
