Mali: Hearings resume in November in case between Orange/Moov Africa and Remacotem
In this ten-year-old legal drama, the Supreme Court of Bamako has granted the two operators a six-month delay in their case against the users’ association. The case has already resulted in a fine of almost €260 million.
