Stéphane Eholié restructures Simat after the takeover of DHL Côte d Ivoire and Senegal
The Société Ivoirienne de manutention et de transit (Simat) will have a new investor, and will change its management after a financial restructuring.

According to Africa Business+ sources, an investment fund is completing its financial due diligence of Société Ivoirienne de manutention et de transit (Simat). Once completed by the end of October, it may lead to the acquisition of a 33% stake in the company by the end of the year.
