SOFRECO and BPL Projects Experts to oversee electrification contracts for 805 communities in Côte d’Ivoire
Several leading consulting firms entered the race for the tender. German consulting giant Fichtner was well on its way to winning the bid but stumbled on the final stretch.

It is the French company SOFRECO, led by Claude Ungerer, and its Côte d’Ivoire partner, BPL Projects Experts, who will supervise the execution of the electrical works to be carried out in 805 communities located in the Grands-Ponts regions (Iffou, Indénié-Djuablin, Moronou, Sud-Comoé and Boukani).
