Who’s assisting Kinshasa in call for tenders for oil and gas blocks?

The Congolese authorities, determined to develop the potential of their sedimentary basin, launched calls for tenders for three gas blocks and 27 oil blocks on 28 July.

Didier Budimbu, Minister of Hydrocarbons, told Africa Business+ that DR Congo would be assisted by the Spanish company X-Calibur, which specialises in data processing and mapping of natural resources, and the American company GeoSigmoid, which provides expertise for the implementation of integrated processes for the exploration and development of fields.
