Eurazeo explores initiatives in Africa, the new continent for investment
The Paris-based private equity firm with 31 billion euros of assets under management is currently missing south of the Mediterranean.

However, the firm is beginning to look into the opportunity to target assets in Africa in the future. The company’s Limited Partners, mostly corporations and private investors, are indeed showing a new appetite for the continent, which was not necessarily the case a few years ago. As one industry player explains, Africa is now better known and has a better image abroad.
