CPCS, Comete and Holland & Hausberge mobilised on €1.6m Abidjan-Lagos highway
The trio of international consultants won the first assignment on this project to connect some 70 million people in the region.

The consortium comprising Canadian CPCS Transcom Limited, Italian Comete International and South African Holland & Hausberge won the study for the spatial development of the Abidjan-Lagos motorway on 20 September. The contract was long-awaited since ECOWAS launched a call for tenders in May 2018, before the pandemic disrupted the schedule.
