Alongside CEO Pierre-Antoine Capton and the two non-operating shareholders – French businessmen Xavier Niel and Matthieu Pigasse – a large executive committee based in Paris steers the 500-employee group. The committee comprises members of EndemolShine, the production company which Banijay acquired in 2020, and the Lagardère group, from which Mediawan took over the Studios entity in 2020.
