Cereal imports: Tunis negotiates with the EIB for a €150 million cheque
Penalised by the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, the country is counting on European financial support after launching a call for tenders to meet its grain needs.

The European Investment Bank could rescue the Office des céréales by granting it an outstanding loan. According to a document consulted by Africa Business+, the amount currently on the negotiating table is €150 million, or 480 million dinars.
