Still in the final stages of completion, particularly in terms of financial closing, the operation led by Ivorian financier Jean-Luc Konan, the founder of the Cofina mesofinance group, concerns the acquisition of a stake in the French group JA Delmas. Based in Bordeaux, this group is the exclusive distributor of Caterpillar construction machinery and equipment in West Africa.
