Cyclotron manufacturer IBA expands in sub-Saharan Africa
After Ghana in 2022, Tanzania at the end of 2021 and South Africa in 2019, the world leader in particle accelerator technology and provider of radiopharmaceutical solutions, it is targeting six other countries south of the Sahara.

Ion Beam Applications (IBA) is targeting Angola, Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, Nigeria, Rwanda and Uganda. The project pipeline is estimated at between €14 million and €28 million to be deployed over the next 24 months.
