Knife Capital completes three tech deals and aims to raise $60 million
The South African private equity firm, betting up to $5 million per ticket, has made two disbursements and is looking at Series B for the first time.

“We are in advanced discussions for three possible deals in the technology sector,” Andrea Böhmert, co-managing partner of Knife Capital, told Africa Business+. These deals are in the final stages of due diligence before the companies can receive funding from the South African tech private equity firm.
