Founded and presided over by Haim Taib, and directed by Yaron Tchwella, the Israeli capital group, Mitrelli, based in Switzerland, intends to apply in Senegal what made it successful in Angola and Côte d’Ivoire : an investment strategy that follows national development plans and uses innovative Israeli technologies.
