Angola : Afentra CEO Paul McDade expects INA and Sonangol solution by early in the New Year
The former Tullow executive’s junior company is still in discussions with the local state-owned company to take over part of Block 3/05.

Afentra expects a formal closing in early 2023, with the draft transaction currently on the desk of the Ministry of Oil awaiting approval. Based on the progress made to date, the company does not believe extending the deadline for the acquisition of Industrija Nafte (INA) is necessary.
