Côte d’Ivoire: American Endeavor Energy buries the hatchet with former local partner Starénergie 2073
After more than two years of litigation, the Ivorian company Starénergie 2073, promoter of the Songon thermal power plant project, reached an agreement with its former partner, Endeavor Energy, in late 2022.

The company did not disclose details of the agreement, but it ended a legal arbitration process launched in 2019 at the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
