Imad Haddour: “Inetum wants to exceed 15% growth per year by 2025”
The Tunisia-based Africa director of Inetum, the digital services company formerly known as GFI and acquired recently by Bain Capital Private Equity, talked about the group’s African ambitions and its recent reorganisation in Tunis.

Inetum CEO Vincent Rouaix manages the French company from Paris. As GFI, the firm had operated in Africa for several decades and in 2004 established itself in Morocco, where it has had a “Fablab” – one of its seven innovation centres – since 2021. The group has a turnover of €2.2 billion worldwide (2021), including €32.8 million in Africa. Inetum is present in six countries (Morocco, Tunisia, Angola, Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal and Cameroon) and manages and distributes the various offerings throughout the continent, including Microsoft, Oracle and Salesforce products. It also has operations in Mozambique and Egypt.
