Africa50 uses Orrick Rambaud Martel as legal advisor for Scanning Systems investment
The pan-African investment platform Africa50 is now a shareholder in the Ivorian company. The Paris team of advisors was led by Yves Lepage and Foucaud Jaulin (partners, energy and infrastructure), together with Carole Schertzinger (associate, energy and infrastructure).
