According to Africa Business+, Dorothée Vignalou-Perer has become the French telecom group’s new administrative and finance director (DAF) in Africa and the Middle East. The former deputy CFO of Orange Africa and Middle East (OMEA) replaces Ludovic Pech, appointed head of the Spanish subsidiary.
