Hyvity-Filatex joint venture ENHY to invest €60 million in Madagascar hydropower by 2026
The French company Hyvity, part of the Hénin family holding company Pacifico, holds 51% of the joint venture alongside 49% of Hasnaine Yavarhoussen’s diversified Malagasy group, Filatex.
