Securitisation: ONEE calls on Alain Gauvin and Kawtar Raji for DH2 billion operation
The banking expert was mandated on the successful securitisation of the Office national de l’électricité et de l’eau potable (ONEE).

The Paris-based firm, with offices in Casablanca, called on the services of the two founding partners, Alain Gauvin, who left Asafo & Co last year to set up his structure, and Kawtar Raji-Briand (ex-Asafo & Co and LPA-CGR), who joined him the following May, thus forming the current Gauvin & Raji Avocats structure.
