Conducted by Mitsubishi and Nippon Koei, the pre-feasibility study to build a urea manufacturing unit with an annual production capacity of 1.2 million tonnes was handed over to Manar Sall, Managing Director of Petrosen Trading & Services in January, Africa Business+ has learned.
