Holmarcom enters biscuit industry with D250 million capital increase

The conglomerate, chaired by Mohamed Hassan Bensalah, is active in finance, air transport, agro-industry, real estate and logistics. It recently injected D249.6 million into its capital, bringing it to D748.8 million (€70 million).
