Africa Global Logistics, the new name of Bolloré Africa Logistics under control of MSC
The group unveiled its new identity to employees at the Paris Country Club in Rueil-Malmaison today following its €5.7 billion takeover by the Swiss group MSC.

Today, Philippe Labonne, President of Bolloré Africa Logistics (BAL), welcomed some 400 members of the group’s head office in Puteaux, known as “Quai 33”, along with the regional managers of BAL and its 21,000 employees worldwide – connected remotely on this occasion – in the Paris Country Club in Rueil, in the western suburbs of Paris.
