BOAD mandates consortium of experts to evaluate financial effectiveness in cement sector
The consortium comprises Perform Strategy & Co and Cermi, whose managers are Credo Mensah-Dzraku, consortium administrator and coordinator of the West African Development Bank (BOAD) mission, and Toussaint Bamouni, a civil engineer.

Perform Strategy & Co, registered in Abidjan, has been operating since the end of 2010, while Cermi Sarl operates in Burkina Faso, Mauritania and Senegal. Three experts have been recruited to carry out the four-month study: Germain Boladji Akindes, an industrial economist and head of the mission, Toussaint Bamouni, an industrial engineer from Burkina Faso, also former executive director of the Chamber of Mines of Burkina, and Aboubacry Demba Lom, a statistical engineer and economist.
