Perenco further expands in Gabon by acquiring ENI and Agali assets
Perenco, Gabon’s largest oil producer, is strengthening its presence in the country by acquiring the assets of the Italian company ENI.

The transaction between Perenco, led by Benoît de la Fouchardière, and ENI was finally notified on 6 March to the Trade and Competition Directorate (CEMAC), provisionally based in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea.
