The merger between FinanceCom and the Benjelloun Mezian holding company was completed in 2021. It created O Capital, an empire with a consolidated balance sheet of $42 billion. The holding company is active in banking (Bank of Africa), insurance (RMA), telecommunications (Orange Maroc), real estate and tourism (Risma, O Tower, Cap Estate), travel (Air Arabia Maroc, CTM), renewable energy (Green of Africa) and media, and employs 20,000 people.
