The merger between FinanceCom and the Benjelloun Mezian holding company was completed in 2021. It created O Capital,  an empire with a consolidated balance sheet of $42 billion. The holding company is active in banking (Bank of Africa), insurance (RMA), telecommunications (Orange Maroc), real estate and tourism (RismaO TowerCap Estate), travel (Air Arabia MarocCTM), renewable energy (Green of Africa) and media, and employs 20,000 people.
