Mohammed VI’s Royal Mansour entrusts reorganisation to Abdelkader Boukhriss

The hotel group owned by the King of Morocco is in the process of reorganising its management.

According to Africa Business+ sources, the task has been entrusted to the Société Fiduciaire du Maroc (SFM Conseil), the royal family’s official company, for transactions and legal and tax advice. Abdelkader Boukhriss, who has been running SFM Conseil since the death of Moulay Abdallah Lalami in August, recently set up a new structure named Mansour Rabat Gestion, which specialises in hotel management.
