Pedro Novo, having left his position as “executive director, director in charge of export activities” at Bpifrance, is returning as head of Dalia Hospitality (DHO), a €500 million investment vehicle backed by French hotel group Centaurus and Ivorian construction giant Porteo.

Pedro Novo will serve as CEO and partner of Dalia Hospitality (DHO), which intends to invest in eight hotel and residential projects in Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal, Benin and Togo. Four projects will be developed in Abidjan, the economic capital of Côte d’Ivoire, and another in the southern resort of Assinie, not far from the Ghanaian border.
