UIB: Attijariwafa Bank eyes Société Générale’s stake in Tunisian bank 

Attijari Bank, the Tunisian subsidiary of Moroccan financial group Attijariwafa Bank, is interested in buying UIB (Union Internationale de Banques), according to Africa Business+ sources.
