Arise IIP awaits $250m from IFC for operations in four countries

The International Finance Corporation (IFC) plans to lend up to €250 million for the developer’s projects in Benin, DR Congo, Rwanda and Togo. The GDIZ industrial park in Benin will receive the largest share, while Arise IIP is multiplying its sources of financing.
