Sefrioui family secures CFA franc financing for its Addoha’s Lagoona City project in Abidjan
Douja CIV, a subsidiary of Anas Sefrioui’s Moroccan group Addoha, is to receive the equivalent of €25 million from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) for a major medium and low-cost housing project.
