Ezzedine and Amethis exit CDCI as Label’Vie acquires full control
Not surprisingly, after five years, the investment fund run by Luc Rigouzzo and Laurent Demey has sold its 25% stake in the Ivorian retailer CDCI. Jeune Afrique Business+ explains.

The deal was concluded several days ago for an undisclosed amount but Amethis’s equity investments are usually between €10m and €20m. Label’Vie had already invested €25m in Compagnie de distribution de la Côte d’Ivoire (CDCI) in 2014.
