SAG brings together the Meridiam fund and Arise, the platform set up by Olam and AFC to invest in various business ventures, as we reported on 8 January. On 24 October 2019 SAG signed a public-private partnership with the Gabonese government to design, develop, finance and maintain the Transgabonaise highway for thirty years.
